Applicants should only complete and submit ONE application and one set of supporting documents. On the first page of the application, applicants will indicate any and all foundation scholarships they are applying for.  For processing purposes, please only use only one staple or clip to compile all documents.

 

The completed scholarship application and supporting documents must be turned in to the Farmington High School Counseling Center no later than 3:00 PM on Monday, March 3, 2025.
